When the entire family becomes obsessed with devices, Carla decides they need an intervention and paces the entire family on a device free lockdown for the entire week. Young Bennett decides to invent a bracelet that will knock out any device he gets near for a 10 hour period unless it gets destroyed. Unexpected consequences arise though when it knocks out the power to the Undercover Base, the school, and Mama Robber soon learns of it and decides to use Bennett to break her son Meathead out of prison. Now it's up to Carla and a returning Duke to find a way to rescue Bennett from the robbers and keep the city safe from a massive power failure.
